I don't just draft contracts and estate plans, I litigate the disputes that arise when those documents fail. I've seen firsthand what happens when an operating agreement has no buyout provision, when a real estate contract doesn't properly address deposit disputes, or when an estate plan crumbles under a creditor claim.

A Risk Management Background

Before law school, I studied Risk Management and Insurance at Florida State University. That training (identifying, measuring, and mitigating risk) isn't something I left behind. It's the lens through which I approach every client engagement. We don't just react to legal problems; we anticipate them and build defenses before they materialize.

How I Work

You work directly with me, not a paralegal, not an associate. I offer flat fees for most transactional and estate planning work so you know the cost before we start. Virtual consultations via Zoom or phone are standard, because driving across Broward County for a 15-minute meeting doesn't make sense for either of us.

I take on cases where I can make a meaningful impact, and I give each one the attention it deserves. If your matter isn't in my wheelhouse, I'll tell you and refer you to someone who can help.

Outside the Office

I grew up in South Florida and I'm raising my family here in Broward County. When I'm not in court or drafting trusts, you'll usually find me coaching my kids' soccer teams, I've been doing that for 15 years. I'm also an avid sports fan (basketball, football, golf, volleyball) and enjoy building technology tools that make legal practice more efficient.
